User Content: Photos, listings, forum posts, comments, and identification request materials you submit.

Communications: Messages sent through Platform notifications.

• To provide, maintain, and improve Platform services

• To protect the rights, property, or safety of KillerRocks, our users, or the public

Public Content: Your username, rank, listings, forum posts, and profile information are publicly visible by design.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies necessary for authentication and Platform function. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral advertising.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), HTTPS/SSL, and CSRF protection. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion request, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Submit requests to: privacy@killerrocks.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
