1. What This Page Covers

This page sets out the payment, billing, and authorization terms that apply to every category of purchase made on KillerRocks.com. It supplements — and does not replace — the category-specific terms below:

2. Payment Authorization

KillerRocks processes card payments through Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and you authorize KillerRocks (via Stripe) to charge the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and fees, to that payment method. KillerRocks does not store your full card number; card data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. See Stripe's own terms and privacy policy for how Stripe itself handles your payment data.

3. Currency and Pricing

All prices on KillerRocks.com are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion and foreign transaction fees, which are outside KillerRocks' control. KillerRocks reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed; if a pricing error affects a completed order, we will contact you before charging any corrected amount.

4. Taxes

Where required by law, applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping or billing address. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by KillerRocks at the time of purchase where you are legally obligated to self-report them (e.g., use tax in your jurisdiction). Forum Gold cashout recipients are solely responsible for any income tax obligations arising from cashouts, as described in the Forum Gold Terms.

5. One-Time Charges Only

KillerRocks does not currently offer subscription or recurring-billing products. Every purchase (Store order, Forum Gold package, KR Coin pack, identification fee, listing promotion) is a single, one-time charge authorized at the time of purchase. If KillerRocks introduces a recurring-billing product in the future, separate, clearly-disclosed recurring-billing terms and cancellation instructions will be provided before you are enrolled.

6. Order Confirmation

A successful purchase is confirmed by an on-screen confirmation and, where email notifications are configured, a confirmation email. Retain your order number for any support inquiry. Failure to receive a confirmation email does not necessarily mean your order failed — check your account order history and contact support@killerrocks.com if you are unsure whether a charge went through.

7. Declined and Failed Payments

If your payment is declined or fails, no digital goods (Forum Gold, KR Coins) are credited and no physical order is placed. Retry with a valid payment method or contact your card issuer. KillerRocks is not responsible for failed transactions caused by insufficient funds, expired cards, or issuer-side fraud holds.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@killerrocks.com first — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate, authorized purchase (including digital goods already delivered, such as Forum Gold or KR Coins already credited to your account) without first attempting to resolve the issue with KillerRocks is treated as a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account pending resolution;
  • Removal or clawback of the digital goods, FG, or KRC associated with the disputed charge;
  • Permanent account termination for repeated or fraudulent chargebacks; and
  • Liability for any chargeback fees KillerRocks incurs as a result, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Fraud Prevention

KillerRocks may delay, hold, cancel, or refund any order it reasonably suspects is fraudulent, and may request additional identity or payment verification before fulfilling an order or processing a Forum Gold cashout. This is a fraud-prevention measure, not an accusation, and is applied at KillerRocks' discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

KillerRocks may update these Purchase & Billing Terms at any time; changes apply to purchases made after the update is posted. Continued use of KillerRocks' purchase features after a change constitutes acceptance.
