Meteor Crater or Mountain Foothills for leveling?

At my current level I keep bouncing between Meteor Crater and Mountain Foothills. Meteor Crater feels denser but Mountain Foothills has better loot tiers. What is everyone running? Posting in case it saves you the grind.
