Need help with this fossil - partial raptor claw?

Found this at eBay lot. Matrix is limestone. The preservation is pretty good but I am not confident on the ID. I am thinking partial raptor claw but I am not an expert. Anyone with fossil knowledge want to take a look? I can describe it in more detail if helpful.
