Show find: mosasaur tooth from the Carboniferous

Walked past this dealer three times before I picked it up. A mosasaur tooth from the Carboniferous period, well-preserved, original material. Dealer had a good provenance paper with it which was a nice touch. It is going straight into a display frame.
