Labels and documentation - does anyone care?

I keep locality data, acquisition date, and source on every piece. Talked to a collector at a show who thought it was overkill. For resale value and scientific integrity I think it matters a lot. What is the community standard here?

I think it’s valuable when dealing with higher priced items, there are too many fakes these days and scammers don’t belong here. It’s really a personal choice but it does add to the value of your item. Rock Steady.
