Creek Valley or Canyon Lands for leveling?

At my current level I keep bouncing between Creek Valley and Canyon Lands. Creek Valley feels denser but Canyon Lands has better loot tiers. What is everyone running? Took me a while to figure this out, sharing so you don't have to.

Interesting, I had the opposite experience but your point about gear scaling makes sense.
